The hotel is close to the airport and there is an airport shuttle every 30 minutes. The driver is extremely nice. So I used the airport shuttle to go from the hotel to the blue line train station at Terminal 2 at the airport in order to travel to downtown Chicago. The room on the 9th floor had beautiful views just as I had requested. In the room there is a microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker and a kitchen sink. There is a TV set in the living room and another one in the bedroom. Near the hotel there is McDonald's and a 7-Eleven convenience shop. The front-desk staff at the hotel were fabulous!

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The free airport shuttle every 30 minutes was a great convenience. Breakfast was delicious, and the restaurant staff were incredibly friendly and professional.

We came into town for the rivers casino and of course we had a great time! This location was so close and conveniently in areas of food, gas and airport. Front desk staff were so nice and friendly. They called us when we got into our rooms to make sure everything was good! The king size bed was soooooo comfortable omg i need that! The room was huge and overall nice! Not loud so we got great sleep and had such a wonderful stay.

It was close the airport and the shuttle was quick and easy to got on. We also booked a roll in shower room and were happy with the shower. We also liked that the beds were not right next to each other giving us more privacy.

Very comfortable. I’d been on the road all week, and this was the best hotel room I stayed in for the price. Rather cozy. Friendly staff, good bar/restaurant.

Loved the convenience of being close to the airport, the free and regular shuttle or the inter terminal train, which ends at the car parking area and is then just a 5 min walk to the hotel. The staff are excellent, rooms clean and if you don’t have a car, there’s a railway station literally out of the back door, although a bit sketchy as to its timings as mostly for morning and evening commuters.

We only had 1 night at the hotel, a stopover. The proximity to the airport was important as was the shuttle service. The staff we met were all very friendly and efficient. The shuttle ran to time which was great for us and our late arrival and early start. Cannot remember the bed, but had no complaints. Would consider staying here again, if necessary.

Everything was great! Good big bed, sufficient number of towels, iron, hairdryer, shampoo and conditioner, napkins, microwave , mini fridge, coffee machine, - everything you need. There was a vending machine with water/cola and ice and laundry on our floor. Transfer every 30 minutes with tracking online. Less than 15 minutes - and you're at the airport 🙂 The staff was nice and polite.
